Everything you need for move-in, Warrior Welcome, and your first weeks at Jessup.
The Details
When: August 21st | 9am - 12pm
Where: Drive-Through Check-In Vehicle Queue
All incoming students need to sign up for Warrior Welcome and select a move-in timeslot. Click Register to get started and select your move-in timeslot. Be sure to add any parent/guest numbers so we can best serve you and your family upon arrival.
Students living on campus will be directed through drive-through checkpoints ending with a final checkpoint station for vehicle unloading. Check-in times must be reserved through the Warrior Welcome rsvp. Arrive within your check-in timeslot and follow the signs for drive through check-in entry. Students with outstanding required documents and business office holds must take care of those items before move-in can occur. Jessup staff and student leaders will be available to help unload and move your belongings.

Warrior Welcome Collective Worship Night
Weāre so excited to invite you to Warrior Welcome Collective Worship Night happening later this summer!
Join us on August 29 at Jessup University for a night of worship and community. Whether youāre coming with friends or on your own, we believe this night will be something that the Lord will reveal Himself through.
Event Details:
Pre-hang starts at 6:30 PM
Worship begins at 8:00 PM
We will have pop-up vendorsāincluding thrifting, accessories, and ministry partners. Weāll also have food and drinks available, creating space for everyone to hang out, build community, all before going in to experience an incredible night of worship.

Yes. All new students should register for Warrior Welcome so we know you are coming and can help you select the correct move-in/check-in information.

No. Warrior Welcome is for all new students. Residential students will also complete housing check-in and move into their room. Commuter students will still have check-in steps and welcome events.

Before arriving, make sure you have completed the required steps that apply to you:
Register for Warrior Welcome
Complete your housing or commuter application
Review your move-in/check-in instructions
Submit required forms
Review the packing list
Know your arrival date and check-in location

Residential students will receive move-in/check-in information from Residence Life & Housing. Be sure to check your Jessup student email regularly for updates.

Students should follow the check-in instructions provided by Jessup Student Life and Residence Life & Housing. The Warrior Welcome page will also include campus map and check-in location information.

Yes. Parents and family members are welcome to help with move-in. Some Warrior Welcome events may be student-focused, while others may include family participation or helpful parent information.

Parents should plan to help their student check in, unload, get settled, and participate in any parent/family portions of the day.

Students should review the official āWhat to Bringā list before packing. Common items include bedding, towels, toiletries, laundry supplies, school supplies, room organization items, and personal essentials.

Complete your housing application as soon as possible through the RLH Portal. Housing assignments and move-in details cannot be finalized until your housing process is complete.

Meal information will be shared in the Warrior Welcome schedule. Residential students should also review their meal plan information before arriving.

Students should follow the roommate request process in the RLH Portal. Roommate options may depend on deadlines, availability, and housing placement.

Yes. Your Jessup ID card is important for campus access, meals, identification, and other student services. Follow the ID card instructions before Warrior Welcome.
