How Timely Care Works

Warrior Wellness and Care works extremely hard to provide meaningful and useful resources to the collective student body. Warrior Wellness and Care is excited to announce an amazing resource for all TRAD, ADC, Graduate and Online students. Please read the FAQS listed below and instructions on how to sign up. William Jessup University will now offer 12 scheduled counseling sessions to any student with the therapist of your choice on the Timely Care App, 24/7 medical and mental telehealth, and Basic Needs Support for all Jessup students!

Whether you’re feeling sick or overwhelmed (especially getting through finals), you will be able to talk to a licensed provider from your smartphone or any web-enabled device. Licensed providers are available to diagnose non-emergent medical conditions, prescribe medications and offer mental health support via phone or secure video visits.

  • Any William Jessup University student, whether you are accessing instruction in person or remotely.

  • There following services are available to all students:

    TimelyCare is here for you if you need virtual care support, 24/7, 365 days a year. The following services are available at no cost:

    • MedicalNow: On-demand support for common health issues, including cold, flu, and allergies.

    • TalkNow: 24/7, on-demand emotional support to talk about anything, including anxiety, relationships, depression, and school-related stressors.

    • Scheduled Medical: Choose the day, time, and medical provider that best works for you.

    • Scheduled Counseling: Choose the day, time, and mental health provider that best works for you.

    • Self-Care Content: Visit the Explore page within TimelyCare for guided self-care content including yoga and meditation sessions, as well as group conversations with our providers on a variety of health and well-being topics.

    • Basic Needs Support: Access to low or reduced-cost community resources, including food and housing assistance, transit support, childcare, and finances.

    • Download the TimelyCare app or visit JESSUP Timely Care HERE today to register.

  • You can go to https://app.timelycare.com/auth/login to register for and access telehealth services. You can then have visits from any web-enabled device throughout the United States – smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. You must use your legal name as listed in Banner to create a profile. You may then change to a preferred name.

  • There is no visit cost for Jessup University students.
