The home is conveniently located at the intersection of Sierra College Boulevard and Lincoln–Newcastle Highway, just outside Historic Downtown Lincoln. I’m looking for a low-key roommate, preferably female, but I’m open to the right fit to rent an unfurnished private bedroom with your own full bathroom in a two-story in-law home on a beautiful 10-acre property. It’s a quiet, peaceful place to call home and would be a great fit for a student or young professional. I’m hoping to find someone who is kind, responsible, and values keeping shared spaces tidy. I’d love to create a home where we both feel comfortable, respect each other’s space, and enjoy a peaceful living environment.
A Little About Me
Hi! I’m a young Christian woman who works a regular 9–5 and enjoys coming home to a quiet, peaceful space. When I’m not working, I’m usually at church, spending time with friends, or relaxing at home. I’m easygoing, respectful, and value keeping shared spaces clean so home feels like a place to recharge. I also have a very friendly Catahoula Leopard Dog named Kali. She’s super mellow, but she has a funny obsession with stealing clothes and chewing it up, so keeping your bedroom door closed is a must! My goal is to install a gate at the top of the stairs so she’ll spend most of her time upstairs with me, making the shared spaces even more comfortable for everyone. If you think we’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear a little about you, and I’d appreciate at least one personal or rental reference:)
