Description: 3 Bedroom home, with two bedrooms and one bathroom for rent. Currently there no renters. It is a private room and hall bathroom (most likely for private use). The room is furnished with a bed, nightstand, and wall mount TV. Utilities, streaming TV and Wi-Fi included in rent. Rent includes full access to fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, back patio with gazebo and gas fire pit. I do have storage shed if you need to store additional items. The home is very close to WJU. I prefer Christian, no drugs or alcohol or overnight guests. I have a friendly dog but would prefer no other pets.
