Description: This is an ADU connected to a main house in the Lakeside neighborhood in Lincoln, about 12 minutes from campus and 17 minutes from the Roseville Galleria. We're close to every amenity, yet off the main traffic areas in Lincoln. The neighborhood is quiet and well-maintained by every neighbor. There is a private entrance with a door code and street parking available. You will have access to the clean and private backyard, as well as the garage freezer, if needed. All utilities are included in the rent, and the entire space is furnished, including bath and bed linens. The ADU features a personal living space, a kitchenette with ample storage, and a laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. The kitchen features plenty of plates, cups, bowls, silverware, ample pantry space and extra storage, a small fridge, a hotplate with pans, a microwave, an air fryer, a Keurig, a Pebble ice machine, a TV with Roku and a DVD player, an air purifier, a personal thermostat, and seating areas in the kitchen/living space. The bedroom features a bed, dresser, mirror, a large closet, and a sliding glass door that opens to the backyard. The bathroom has extra storage and a new shower head with great water pressure. The family provides a security system through AAA, quarterly turf maintenance, professional cleanings, and pest control. The family that lives in the main house consists of all women, three dogs, and three cats. Due to our family dynamic, we would prefer a female renter. We kindly request that the renter refrain from bringing any animals, smoking, or consuming alcohol on the premises.
