The Student Government Association at Jessup University exists to champion the student voice and advocate for the student experience by facilitating and fostering communication, representation, and partnership between students, faculty, staff, and administration.

SGA's goal is to make a positive impact on the student body by championing the student experience, and so our focus is on tangible projects and initiatives that can best support and represent students' needs.

Commuter Connects are organized monthly to help commuters develop community here at Jessup as well as connect with other commuters. These connects often include theme snacks, games, movie nights, special receptions, and other fun on and off campus events.

A campus PO Box can be requested by commuters who need to receive mail/packages on campus. Visit the campus mail center in Student Life for info.

Student Government must maintain detailed public records of events, meetings, and rulings. This is to ensure transparency for the student body, staff, faculty, and administration, and to enable the electing student body to easily follow the activities and decisions made by their trusted student government team.
