New Students
When: January 10, 2025 | 9am - 12:30pm

Returning Students
When: January 11- 12th, 2025 | 1 - 4pm
Where: Area assigned lobby
How: If you are returning to your same room assignment, you will participate in Spring Self Check-In. This process is only for returning students who already have their room key.
Early Arrivals
When: Early Arrival Form opens December 5 and closes January 1
Where: submit an Early Arrival Request
Who: Any student wanting to move-in early will need to submit a request. Below is a list of activities with corresponding early arrival dates. If you are not participating in the below activities you may still submit an Early Arrival Request and if approved, the student will be charged $25/night up to the approved move-in dates corresponding to new or returner dates
Completing the form does not guarantee approval and must be completed by August 1st.
If you are not within the request period please email housing@jessup.edu. There is a $25 late processing fee.
