Welcome Current Warrior, we are so glad you have decided to continue with  Jessup University. The Residence Life and Housing team is excited to serve and live along side you as you experience growth and vocational pursuit here at Jessup University.   • The housing placement process for returning students living on campus will work like this:

    March 1
    Portal Opens – RLH Portal Opens for returning students to apply for Jessup on campus housing.

    March 25
    Priority Deadline for Housing Contract submission & student linking with required number of roommates – Application for housing and roommate linking is due on this day by 11:59 p.m. in order to participate in random lottery.

    1st week of April – Notification of Room Selection date and time will be sent to student’s Jessup email and also available on your Student Portal (a computer generated random lottery determines room selection day/time).

    2nd week of April – Tuesday and Wednesday – “To be” Sophomore room selection

    3rd week of April – Tuesday and Wednesday – “To be” Juniors & Seniors room selection

    April 25 – Last day to cancel a housing application without penalty.

    March 1 Accommodation Request Deadline – WJU Disability Support Services (DSS) office provides reasonable accommodations to assist college students with disabilities in having equal access to regular college programs and activities. Accommodations are determined individually for each student through an interactive process and are based on functional limitations resulting from a documented disability.  For more information, please contact DSS@jessup.edu.

  • The housing placement process for current commuters or returning students not assigned to an on campus room desiring to live on campus will work like this:

    October 15
    RLH Portal Opens for students to apply for Jessup on campus housing.

    December 5
    Spring Placement Notifications.  Placements are confirmed via the student’s Jessup email. The student will receive an email with the placement as well as their roommates information via the RLH Portal.

  • Returning Students:

    Cancellation without penalty before: April 25 – [not applicable for Spring only housing]

    Cancellation $150 on or after: April 26 – [not applicable for Spring only housing]

    Cancellation $250 on or after: May 1 – [not applicable for Spring only housing]

    Cancellation $500 on or after: July 20 – [December 15 for Spring only housing]

    Cancellation $900 on or after: August 1 – [January 1 for Spring only housing]

    Cancellation period ends on or after: August move in date (Fall) / January move in date (Spring)
