Fall Check-In
New Students
When: August 23rd | 9am - 12:30pm
Where: Drive-Through Check-In Vehicle Queue
All incoming students need to sign up for Warrior Welcome and select a move-in timeslot. Click Register to get started and select your move-in timeslot. Be sure to add any parent/guest numbers so we can best serve you and your family upon arrival.
Students living on campus will be directed through drive-through checkpoints ending with a final checkpoint station for vehicle unloading. Check-in times must be reserved through the Warrior Welcome rsvp. Arrive within your check-in timeslot and follow the signs for drive through check-in entry. Students with outstanding required documents and business office holds must take care of those items before move-in can occur. Jessup staff and student leaders will be available to help unload and move your belongings.
Returning Students
When: August 24th - 25th | 1 - 4pm
Where: Area assigned lobby
All returning students need to sign up for Fall 2024 Returning Student Move-In and select a move-in timeslot. Click Register to get started and select your move-in timeslot. Students with outstanding required documents and business office holds must take care of those items before move-in can occur.
Early Arrivals
When: Early Arrival Form opens June 1 and closes August 1
Where: submit an Early Arrival Request
Who: Any student wanting to move-in early will need to submit a request. Below is a list of activities with corresponding early arrival dates. If you are not participating in the below activities you may still submit an Early Arrival Request and if approved, the student will be charged $25/night up to the approved move-in dates corresponding to new or returner dates
Completing the form does not guarantee approval and must be completed by August 1st.
If you are not within the request period please email multnomahhousing@jessup.edu. There is a $25 late processing fee.
