• Must be a currently enrolled commuter student not living on campus in Fall ’25.
  

• Must enroll full-time and remain in good academic, financial, and conduct standing.
  

• A one-time $1,000 housing credit will be applied to the Spring ’26 housing bill.
  

• Students will receive three (3) standard apartment cleanings during the Spring ’26 semester.

Kitchen: countertops, stove, oven, outside of cabinets, outside/top of fridge, floors (sweep & mop)

Bathroom: shower, toilet, counters, outside of cabinets, mirrors, floors

Excessive Cleaning Fee:

An additional $75 detail-cleaning fee may be charged if significant buildup, clutter, or sanitation issues require deeper cleaning.

• Offer valid only for Spring 2026 housing contracts.

• Housing assignments are subject to availability; specific unit types are not guaranteed.

• If the student cancels, moves out early, or withdraws, the credit and cleaning services may be reduced or forfeited.

• The housing credit cannot be redeemed for cash or applied to past-due balances.

• Students must remain in housing the entire Spring ’26 semester to retain the incentive.

• University housing and community standards apply; violations may result in forfeiture of benefits.

• University reserves the right to modify or end the offer at any time.

• Final financial aid awards are determined by the University’s Financial Aid Office.
