Fall Check-In
Find your arrival date, check-in location, and required move-in form.
Before arriving, all residential students must complete the correct move-in sign-up and resolve any outstanding required documents or Business Office holds.
Choose Your Check-In Path
Move-In: August 21, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
Location: Drive-Through Check-In Vehicle Queue
Required: Register for Warrior Welcome and select your move-in timeslot.
Incoming Students
Returning Residential Student
Move-In: August 22–23, 1:00–4:00 PM
Location: Assigned area lobby
Required: Sign up for Returning Student Move-In and select your move-in timeslot.
Early Arrival Students
Request Window: June 1–August 1
Required: Submit Early Arrival Request.
Who: Any student wanting to move-in early will need to submit a request.
Completing the form does not guarantee approval and must be completed by August 1st.
If you are not within the request period please email housing@jessup.edu. There is a $25 late processing fee.

What Happens at Check-In?
New Residential Students
New residential students will go through drive-through checkpoints and end at a final vehicle unloading station. Jessup staff and student leaders will be available to help unload and move belongings.
Returning Residential Students
Returning students should arrive during their selected move-in window and check in at their assigned area lobby.
Need to Arrive Early?
Any student wanting to move in before their approved move-in date must submit an Early Arrival Request.
Request Opens: June 1
Request Closes: August 1
Approval: Not guaranteed
Possible Cost: $25/night if approved outside listed early arrival groups
Late Requests: Email housing@jessup.edu; $25 late processing fee may apply
